Terms of Service
These terms apply when you request a quote from, book with, or use the services of No More Junk For You ("No More Junk For You," "we," "us"). By booking a job you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
- Quotes based on photos or descriptions are estimates. We confirm the final price on site before loading anything, and you can decline at that point.
- Pricing is based on the volume your items take in our truck, plus disposal fees for certain items such as mattresses, tires, and refrigerant appliances.
- If you decline the on-site price, we may charge a trip fee, which we will tell you about when you book.
Scheduling and cancellations
- Arrival windows are estimates. We will contact you if we are running late.
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you own the items or have the right to have them removed.
- Remove anything you want to keep. Once items are loaded we cannot guarantee we can recover them.
- Tell us about anything hazardous, fragile, or unusually heavy, and about access issues such as stairs or gate codes.
What we don't take
We do not remove hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, oil, asbestos, medical waste, or ammunition. We may refuse any item we cannot safely or legally transport or dispose of.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Property damage
We take care moving items out of your property. If something is damaged, tell us within 48 hours of the job and we will work with you to make it right. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage caused by items' existing condition or by conditions you did not disclose.
Disposal
We dispose of items through donation, recycling, and licensed disposal facilities at our discretion. Removed items become our responsibility to dispose of and are not returned.
Calls and automated assistant
Calls to our business line may be answered by an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence, and calls are recorded and transcribed for quality and record-keeping. By staying on the line you consent to this. You can ask to reach a person at any time.
Text messaging terms
- Program: No More Junk For You customer service and appointment messages.
- What you'll receive: messages about your quote, appointment, arrival, and payment.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP, or contact us at (623) 253-5873 or hello@nomorejunkforyou.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
